The first flavor I ever made. Back in the day, when people ate it during dinners at my house they’d say, “It’s hot! It’s cold! It’s cold! It’s hot! I first called it ‘Mexican Hot Chocolate’, but it dawned on me to dedicate it to a place closer to Columbus, one of our favorite cities, Cincinnati, the Queen City, and its famous sweet and spicy chili.
